The challenge
Airport standards, delivered out of state
Louisville's airport moves passengers by day and cargo through the night, so there is never a quiet period to work in. Cameras have to cover public halls, secure corridors and vehicle areas, and controlled doors have to stay controlled while readers and hardware are replaced.
The airport also sits well outside Harb's home market. The work had to be planned so that crews arrived with everything needed for each phase, finished within the approved windows and left the airport's security staff with systems they could run without a vendor on site.
